Configure company settings and branding

Set your brand colors, voice, and video size once for your whole team.

Steps

  1. Every content script you create inherits its visual defaults from your company settings — viewport dimensions, cursor color, callout theming, and more. Configuring these once up front means consistent branding across your entire content library without tweaking every script individually. Screenshot
  2. Company settings set the defaults for your whole team, so only company admins can change them. Screenshot
  3. Your company name and website identify your organization across generated content and the hosted contents site. Screenshot
  4. The handle determines the subdomain for your hosted contents site. Pick something short and recognizable — it appears in every link you share. Screenshot
  5. Default width and height set the browser viewport that cloud generation uses when replaying your scripts. All new content scripts inherit these dimensions, so pick something that matches how your product is typically used. 1280 by 720 is a good default for most web products. Screenshot
  6. The cursor and outline colors control how the animated cursor and element highlights appear in your generated videos, demos, walkthroughs, and guides. Pick colors that stand out against your product's UI so viewers can easily follow along. Screenshot
  7. Slide background and text colors define how any title or transition slides appear in your content. Match them to your brand palette for a polished look. Screenshot
  8. Callout colors control the step-by-step annotations that automatically appear on interactive elements — in interactive demos, in-app walkthroughs, and muted narrated videos. Choose colors that stay readable on top of your product's UI. Screenshot
  9. The voice sets who narrates your generated content. Each voice has its own tone, from warm and welcoming to clear and instructional, so pick the one that sounds like your brand. Every content script uses this voice unless you choose a different one for it. Screenshot
  10. The site name is the title of your hosted contents site. Screenshot
  11. The content name defines what your published assets are called — "guide," "video," "course," or whatever fits your use case. Screenshot
  12. New content scripts start with these sizes. Colors and voice apply to every script that hasn't set its own, the next time you generate it. Screenshot
  13. Your company defaults are saved. Next, add your teammates so they can create content scripts with these settings. Screenshot
